Shipping Charges
Shipping within UAE:
  • Free shipping on all orders within the UAE.
International Shipping:
  • AED 150 shipping fee for orders below AED 1,999.
  • Free shipping for orders above AED 1,999.
Handling Time
  • UAE Orders: 3–5 business days
  • International Orders: 5–7 business days
  • Custom-made or resized items may require additional processing time.
Transit Time
  • UAE Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • International Delivery: 5–7 business days (via FedEx Priority)
Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth and secure delivery, customers must provide accurate details at checkout:

  • Full recipient name (as per government ID)
  • Complete address (building, area, landmark)
  • Correct postal code
  • Active contact number

Upon delivery, the courier may request a valid government-issued ID for verification.

Delivery Location

Deliveries can be made only to residential or commercial addresses.
Deliveries cannot be made to public locations such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, or open/public areas.

Delivery Attempts & Returns
  • The courier will make up to three delivery attempts.
  • If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the order will be returned to us.
  • If a customer does not accept the delivery, return shipping charges and any applicable import duties in Dubai will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • International orders must be prepaid using a 3D Secure Visa or Mastercard.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
