What are the steps to be followed to place an order online?

Ordering on www.pugold.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to cart” button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.

How much does www.pugold.com charge me for the product to be delivered to my residence?

Delivery to UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar & Bahrain - We provide free shipping for orders worth AED 399 and more. There is a delivery charged of AED 20 for orders below AED 399. Delivery to all other countries – We provide free shipping for order worth AED 1999 & more. There is a delivery charge of AED 150 for orders below AED 1999. What is the estimated time for the products to be delivered?

Delivery Time: Standard delivery should now be stated as 3-5 working days, for domestic and international delivery. 
Mode of Delivery: For both domestic and international orders, FedEx should be listed as the preferred carrier

Is there a provision to change the shipping address after placing the order?

Yes, you can get in touch with us within 24 hours of you placing your order to make the changes in your delivery address.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for my location?

Yes, we have cash on delivery service for UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain & Qatar. Unfortunately, we do not provide cash on delivery service for other countries.

I live abroad. Can I get the product delivered to a different Country from where I stay?

Yes, you may do so as long as duty is paid upon collection of your order in the recipient country.

How can I make the payment for a product that I have ordered through www.pugold.com?

You can either pay as cash on delivery or pay using a visa/master credit/debit card.

How can I pay with the help of a Credit/Debit card. Do let me know if it is safe?

If there are any refunds, how long will it take to reach?

Payment via Debit/Credit Card: We will refund the money back to the same card. This could take upto 15 business days (depending on your bank) Payment as Cash on Delivery: We will transfer the money back to your bank account. We will take the bank details while processing the refund. This refund process could take upto 15 business days.

What if the ring that I buy does not fit me?

We’ve got you covered. Ideally, this should not happen as we have a ring size guide which gives you a fair idea of your ring size. However, if you are still out of luck and land a wrong ring size. You may visit any of our Pure Gold Jewelers stores and we will have it resized for free.

Do you offer engraving services?

Yes, we offer free engravings. Simply send us an email to customercare@pugold.comor reach us on our live chat after placing your order and provide us with the details for engraving.

Is it possible to get a ring in such size that is not available on site?

Our standard sizes are from US 6 – 7.5. We can get you a smaller size at no cost. However, for a bigger size, we will have an extra charge. Contact us to get more details.
