1. Exchange for all jewellery purchased online can only be done in our stores.
2. Exchange is possible within 30 days at full invoice value, provided the item is in good condition without damages.
3. From the 31st day of purchase, only a 20% deduction will be applicable on the invoice value.
4. Products purchased in the year 2017 and earlier, a final deduction will be calculated after a detailed evaluation of the product.
5. Diamond jewellery can be exchanged with gold jewellery from our mall stores only.

2. Full value exchange, during the allotted time period, is applicable only if the product is returned in good condition with the invoice and original certificate.
3. No exchange will be applicable for Free Gifts given along with the purchase during promotions.
4. All local taxes or duties (if any) must be borne by the customer.
5. Free repair will be provided however wear & tear and replacement of stones will be applicable on a chargeable basis.
